Refund Eligibility
• Refunds may be issued before work has commenced, at our discretion.
• Once work has started, payments are non-refundable due to the nature of consulting services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule sessions or adjust timelines subject to availability.
Exceptions
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method.
